We ship to mainland destinations in the United Kingdom. It is also possible to ship internationally, but this will depend on exact location. If you'd like to ship to any other destination than mainland UK, please contact us to find out more. Rates will be calculated based on weight of the product and the exact destination.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and period of the year (extended times will occur during holidays and peak periods). Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 5 to 10 business days. International shipping times vary and may experience customs delays, please get in touch to discuss it with us before your purchase to avoid disappointment and delays.
INTERNATIONAL FEES
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient's responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
DAMAGED GOODS
While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. You will be provided your shipping details after the products has been dispatched, and you can use those to check where your parcel is at any time. Inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. Should your package arrive damaged, speak to the courier immediately and contact us to inform about the incident. Please take photos of the damages and note any issues upon inspection.
